Does pretty well at replicating the desktop experience. there are some annoyances like the channels shuffling a couple seconds after loading the server. but overall pretty good. This comes after a review calling out a bad update, which has since been fixed. Thanks dev team :)

Extremely slow. I've had this app for awhile now (a couple years now) due to work and it's horrible. If they actually get the app running smoother and faster I would be shocked. Update: still slow. Also if you need to actually get a DM then you won't get it on the app. The desktop version works fine (just don't expect to be able to communicate with your job if you actually NEEDED to do so in the event of an emergency because it's actually happened with me). WiFi or LTE is still the same speed.

New update to v2.0.0 has provided a new look and feel that is unusable from my device. It is not proportional to my device's screen and takes up a lot of screen space. Now all of the message boards are cut off, emoji reactions are also cutoff, it no longer groups unreads at the top of my channels. Either I see the unread grouping or the list of all my channels. You can't see or manage channel members. Bring back basic functionality. This update was so bad I had to downgrade to V1.55.1 .

Please open a new issue at https://github.com/mattermost/mattermost-mobile/issues. You can configure grouping unread channels via the webapp/desktop app. We have a ticket open to implement managing channel members.

Requires Mattermost server v10.5.0+ to avoid incompatibilities and crashes. Requires Android 7.0 or higher.
